• An applicant should have passed Pre-University exam with English as one of the languages and biology, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects with a minimum of 50% marks (aggregate of the subjects Biology, Physics and Chemistry)
• Applicants who have passed B.Sc. (CBZ) with an additional Physics paper and secured at least 50% marks in the aggregate are also eligible for admission.
• For SC/ST (Karnataka Category), the minimum percentage of marks required for admission is 40%.
• The applicant must have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission.

For admission to B. Tech Courses, applicants should have passed higher secondary or pre-university or 10+2 examination with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects coupled with any one of the following: Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or Technical vocational subject.
Applicants should have obtained a minimum of 45% marks (Reserved Category – 40%) in the aggregate of the above subjects.

Applicants should have appeared for any one State-level Engineering Entrance Examination; for example, JEE(Main), JEE (Advanced), COMED-K or Karnataka CET.

School of Law

For admission to courses in Presidency University School of Law, applicants must have passed higher secondary or pre-university or 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
Applicants should have secured at least 45% marks (Reserved Category – 40%) in the 10+2 board exam.
Applicants must have appeared for CLAT/LSAT.
