Eligibility Criteria
B.D.S.

A candidate is eligible to join BDS if he/she has passed 10 +2 years with physics, chemistry & biology as optional subjects and he/she has secured not less than 50% in the aggregate of Science subjects at the qualifying examination.

The candidate must have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December of the year of admission.

M.D.S.

An applicant for admission to MDS course should have a recognized degree of BDS that is awarded by an Indian University in respect of a recognized Dental College or any qualification that is equivalent qualification and recognized by the DCI. Also, the candidate should have obtained permanent registration with the State Dental Council.

Candidates who do not possess a recognized Dental qualification for the above purpose should secure the prior approval of his/her qualifications by the DCI before he/she can be admitted to MDS Course of any University in India.

Students who studied in any other college or university than Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka should produce Eligibility Certificate that is issued by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka at the time of MDS admission.
