New Horizon College of Engineering , established in 2001, is an Autonomous College under Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified, permanently affiliated to VTU and approved by the All India Council For Technical Education(AICTE). It is located at the heart of the IT capital, Bangalore. NHCE has a scenic and serene campus that provides an environment that is conducive for personal and intellectual growth.
